www.Palestine-UN.org

The Permanent Observer Mission of Palestine to the United Nations is pleased to announce the launching of its new web site on the Internet: www.Palestine-UN.org. This web site has been under construction for several months and is now available for access.

At www.Palestine-UN.org, information will be accessible on numerous important issues related to Palestine and the United Nations, including information regarding the work and official documents of the Permanent Observer Mission of Palestine to the United Nations. The site will also include a depth of information on Palestinian affairs, such as historical pieces, various directories and documents of the Middle East peace process. Of course, one of the main features of www.Palestine-UN.org will be our monthly publication Palestine & The UN. The latest issue of the bulletin will be available, as well as all past issues (archives).

Developing, editing and organizing the vast amount of information on Palestine for the specific purposes and goals of this web site was not a simple task. Emphasis was placed on information specifically concerning Palestine and the U.N. and on providing information that is likely not available at other sites, such as the U.N. Information System on Palestine (UNISPAL) on the U.N. homepage. The main goal of this web site is to provide educational, relevant, up-to-date and interesting data, facts and news regarding Palestine, particularly at the United Nations. It is our hope that it will be a useful resource for all those interested in and concerned about Palestine in all sectors of the international arena.

The following is a list of the subject categories and topics that will be available at www.Palestine-UN.org:

  • Palestine & The UN (Current Issue and Archives)
